Brewing Instructions

• Water temperature: 200–212°F (93–100°C) — just off a full boil
• Steep time: 3–5 minutes (shorter for lighter flavor, longer for bolder)
• Amount: 1 teaspoon of loose leaf or 1 tea bag per 8 oz of water
• Tip: Add a splash of milk or a slice of lemon to complement the bergamot beautifully
